How much does this event cost?

  • The early registration fee for this event is $499. Once our Early Bird tickets sell out, the price will increase (see registration section). US Life will cover the cost of your hotel for 2 nights and 5 meals. You will be responsible for your own flights and transportation.


How do we let you know if we need a hotel room during our stay?

  • If you will need a hotel during the conference, please select the corresponding option to the hotel question in the registration section of this page. US Life will cover the cost of the hotel room for two nights.


Am I able to extend my hotel stay?

  • Please contact the hotel directly to extend your stay. After you register, we will inform you of which hotel you will be staying in.


Can I bring a spouse/partner who doesn't attend the conference?

  • Yes, spouses/partners are welcome to come and share a hotel room with you. However, due to venue capacity, they will not be able to attend the conference or join us for meals unless an additional ticket is purchased for them.


Can I invite other agents/advisors to attend?

  • Yes. Please forward this website to interested parties for registration. Tickets will remain available until we reach capacity.


How far is it from the airport to the hotel? Will a shuttle service be available?

  • It is about a 10 minute drive. A shuttle will be provided from the event location to the airport on Friday at the close of the conference. A shuttle sign-up will be sent out as we get closer to the conference. A shuttle will not be provided from the airport to the hotel/event space when you arrive at the beginning of the conference. Some hotels in the area provide a shuttle of their own and once you know where you are staying, you may reach out to the hotel to see if they provide a shuttle from the airport.


What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • There is an option to add purchase protection to your ticket, please review that section and determine if it's a good fit for you.
