How far is it from the airport to the hotel? Will a shuttle service be available?

  • It is an 8-10 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. Most hotels offer a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Hotel information will be sent out closer to the event and from there you can contact the hotel for shuttle information. The JUMP event center is within walking distance of most hotels. An Uber from the airport to the hotel might be $11-13 depending on the time of day.
  • A shuttle will be provided from the JUMP event location to the airport on Friday at the close of the conference. A shuttle sign-up will be sent out as we get closer to the conference.


How much does this event cost?

  • The current ticket price for this event is $749. US Life will cover the cost of your hotel for 2 nights, 5 meals, and select shuttle services. You will be responsible for your own flights and additional transportation. (See question above for shuttle service details.) 


How do I let you know if I need a hotel room during our stay?

  • If you will need a hotel during the conference, please select the corresponding option to the hotel question in the registration section of this page. US Life will cover the cost of the hotel room for two nights.


What hotel will I be staying in during the conference?

  • We have a selection of hotels we will be using for the conference. We will fill them based on when you registered and how many rooms are available at each. An email will go out to all registered attendees several weeks prior to the event to inform you of what hotel you will be booked at. 


Am I able to extend my hotel stay?

  • Once hotel rooms are assigned, you will receive an email with which hotel you will be staying in and instructions for extending your stay as it may very based on the hotel. If you have questions of need advance notice, please email Mercedes Hoch ([email protected]).

Can I bring a spouse/partner who doesn't attend the conference?

  • Yes, spouses/partners are welcome to come and share a hotel room with you. However, due to venue capacity, they will not be able to attend the conference or join us for meals unless an additional ticket is purchased for them.


Can I invite other agents/advisors to attend?

  • Yes. Please forward this website to interested parties for registration. Tickets will remain available until we reach capacity.


What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • All ticket sales are final. However, if you experience an emergency or are otherwise unable to attend, please email [email protected] to explain your situation and we will work with you!
