Hotel Accommodations –

Your 4-day, 3-night hotel accommodation is complimentary and covered by your partners at US Life. The exact hotel is TBD, but will be all inclusive and along the hotel zone in Cancún. 


What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if requested more than 60 days prior to the conference start date. After that, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or personal circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the event. Thank you for your understanding.


Can I bring a plus one?

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one who shares your hotel room with you. However, this does come with an additional charge so we ask that you please purchase the Plus 1 ticket in addition to your general ticket. If your plus one plans to attend the conference trainings, a full price general ticket will need to be purchased for them. If you would still like to share a room, please add each other's names under the question "Is there another attendee you would like to share a room with."


How much does this event cost?

  • The current ticket price for a single occupancy room is $1,195. This covers your room for 3 nights and all meals. You will be responsible for your own flights and additional transportation. If you plan to bring a plus one (a guest who will share your room but NOT attend conference trainings), please purchase the "Plus 1" ticket for an additional $250.


Can I invite other agents/advisors to attend?

  • Yes. Please forward this website to interested parties for registration. Tickets will remain available until we reach capacity.
